1. Business Identity & Licensing
Pristine Air Heating And Cooling LLC is a licensed home improvement contractor operating in Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Our principal place of business is located at 165 Maida Ave. Deer Park, NY 11729.

All advertisements and contracts will display these license numbers as required by local consumer protection laws.
2. Emergency Services & Fees
Emergency services are defined as service requests made between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
Emergency Service Call Fee: A non-refundable fee of $250.00 applies to all emergency dispatches.
This fee covers the initial diagnostic visit and does not include the cost of parts or additional labor required for repair.
3. Installation & Workmanship Warranties
Labor Warranty: Pristine Air Heating And Cooling LLC provides a one (1) year labor warranty on all full system installations. This warranty covers defects in workmanship performed by our technicians.
Parts Warranty: All equipment parts are covered solely by the manufacturer's warranty. The length and terms of these warranties vary by manufacturer. Pristine Air is not responsible for manufacturer delays or denied claims.
Exclusions: Warranties are void if the system is tampered with by unauthorized parties or if regular maintenance (as defined by the manufacturer) is neglected.
4. Right to Cancel (NY General Business Law § 391-L)
YOU, THE BUYER, MAY CANCEL THIS TRANSACTION AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO MIDNIGHT OF THE THIRD BUSINESS DAY AFTER THE DATE OF THIS TRANSACTION.
To cancel, you must mail or deliver a signed and dated written notice to our business address at 165 Maida Ave. Deer Park, NY 11729.
5. Subcontractors
Pristine Air Heating And Cooling LLC reserves the right to utilize qualified subcontractors for specialized tasks (e.g., electrical, ductwork, or crane services). All work performed by subcontractors under our direction is covered by our standard workmanship standards.
6. Media & Photo Release
By engaging our services, you grant Pristine Air Heating And Cooling LLC permission to take before and after photos or videos of the work site for internal documentation and marketing purposes (e.g., website portfolio or social media). We will never disclose your full name or specific house number in marketing materials without additional consent.
